Scientists from Ohio, US, have created a new soft, flexible robot inspired from an origami design of a twisted tower. The 3D printed design named TWISTER (TWISted TowEr Robot), made of multiple layers of triangles, hexagons or octagons, can be used for minimally invasive surgeries and even taken to outer space.
